RETURN POLICY

Orders placed through Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com and its website, CopierSupplyStore.com, are governed by the "Return Policy" and the "Terms of Use" as set forth below. Your use of the website or placement of an order confirms acceptance of and agreement with the "Return Policy" and the "Terms of Use". Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com reserves the right to make changes to the website and its Return Policy.

Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com Return Policy and Terms of Use:

  1. We accept returns on all products within 30 days of the invoice date.
  2. A 10% restocking fee may apply on returned merchandise.
  3. No item purchased from Brandon Copier Traders can be returned without prior authorization and a Return Authorization (RMA) number from Sales@copiersupplystore.com.
  4. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA number otherwise they will not be credited with a refund.
  5. Any product refused delivery by the customer is not considered a Return and No refund will be issued.
  6. Orders that are returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address are subject to additional shipping charges. If order is cancelled then order will be subject to the Return Policy and a 10% restocking fee plus freight charges will apply.
  7. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs of returning product and assumes all risk of loss and liability.
  8. An RMA number does not guarantee that a refund or credit will be given for the returned items (see requirements below)

To request a refund:

To request a refund you can either log in to your account and Request an RMA number (see instructions below) or you may contact customer service at Sales@copiersupplystore.com.

To request an RMA through the website you must log into your account and click "Help" at the top right-hand side of the page and then click "Return Policy”. Next click "Request an RMA" and complete the attached form. Once we receive your request, we will contact you with an RMA number and instructions on where to ship the product(s). After we receive the item and it has been inspected, you will receive either a credit within 21 business days or an explanation as to why a refund was denied.

A 10% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping fees may apply under certain circumstances including any incorrect ordered items.

Very Important: To receive a refund when returning an item, the original item must be returned in an unopen, original box, and repackaged the same way it was delivered and must be in salable condition. There should be no stickers or writing on the interior box. Failure to follow these instructions will result in no refund issued.

If product was damaged in transit using the Customer’s Freight Account, customer should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

If product was damaged in transit using the Brandon Coper Traders freight account, please contact us at Sales@copiersupplystore.com. Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com will issue a replacement part.

WARRANTY POLICY

To return the product for a Warranty claim, an RMA number must be requested by the customer from Sales@copiersupplystore.com. The customer will be shipped an ARS label (Authorized Return Service) to prepay for the shipping back to Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com.

Alternatively, the customer can choose to pay to ship the product back to the warehouse for expedited service as along as the RMA number has been provided.

All warranty claims must be reviewed and approved by our Technical Department. Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com may reject a warranty claim without inspection.

Once an RMA number is provided, a Replacement part will be shipped while the original part is returned to Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com. Replacement parts will be billed to the customer’s account and will be credited when the warrantied part has been received and is approved for a refund.

Warranty shipping coverage: Ground shipping will be provided for all Replacements products during the warranty period unless an alternative shipping service was requested at time of original purchase and paid for by customer. Otherwise any requests for expediated shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the event that a product is not covered by the Warranty, the product will be treated under the RETURN POLICY if applicable or if not applicable then no credit will be issued and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Warranty Specifics:

(A) All Remanufactured Toner, New Generic, and New Compatible Products are warrantied for 12 months from the invoice to be free of manufacturing defects.

(B) All other Products, including but not limited to pulled parts, drum units and developer units, are warrantied for 90 days from the invoice date to be free of manufacturing defects.

(C) OEM Products are warrantied for 90 days from invoice date.

(D) Any products which have been utilized and subject to approved warranty may be pro-rated based on usage.

(E) Any Special Order Products are generally not warrantied and will be subject to our discretion.

(F) Electrical Components that have been installed are warrantied at our discretion.

(G) Any modification to the product by the customer will void the warranty.

(H) The warranty only extends to customers who purchased the product directly from Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com.

(I) Warranties may not be amended nor the time period to file a claim extended by any Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com employee.

(J) To claim a Warranty issue, the following information is needed from the Customer

  • Any issues regarding image quality need to be supported by the customer with proof of poor image quality
  • Any issues regarding incompatible product fit must include the Make and Model of the machine used.
  • Any error codes or display message on the machine must be provided.

Warranty Limitations:

If a product proves to be defective, Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com will replace the same or refund the full purchase price or a prorated amount based on the usage of the product purchased. Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com only warrants products that are used under normal storage, handling and operating conditions. This warranty does not extend to any product subjected to misuse, mishandling, neglect, improper machine setup, improper voltages, or repair or alteration by someone other than Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com authorized personnel.

Under this warranty Brandon Copier Traders, LLC dba Copiers Supply Store.com Liability shall not extend to any secondary or consequential equipment damages or losses.
